We know things don't always work out, so we're here to help if you find yourself unhappy with an order!
Any unworn* item purchased from Boundarie.com can be returned to us FREE of charge within 14 days of the delivery date. Once an item has been returned to the warehouse, it will be inspected for damage. Only after an item has gone through our quality assurance process will a refund be initiated.
You will be notified whether your return has been approved or not. If approved, you will be issued a refund for the full value of the undamaged item(s) to your choice of original tender type or store credit (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and/or cash handling fees). Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit by default for orders paid for using our Cash on Delivery service.
It will take 14 days from the time the return's approval to see the refund reflected on your credit card statement. If receiving store credit, you should see it added to your online account within seven days.
*Items worn purely to see if they fit are not considered worn. Items must be returned in its original packaging, with the tags still attached. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Initiating a Return
To make a return, you first need to register an account with us.
You must initiate your return within 14 days of the delivery date. To do so, head to your 'Account' page and select the order you wish to return from the 'My Orders' list. A 'Return Item(s)' button will be available during the period the order is eligible for return. If the button is not there, the item is no longer eligible for return. After filling out the required return information online, you will be contacted by our Customer Care team to schedule your free pickup.
Damaged Goods/Incorrectly Fulfilled Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please arrange for the item's return using the standard returns process outlined above.
Defective items may also benefit from a manufacturer's defects warranty. Please contact us via email (email@example.com) or WhatsApp (+971 56 216 8718) if you believe your goods have a manufacturing defect.
We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process. If you desire a replacement item, a new order can be placed.
